High Rigidity High performance design
- The mechanical casting structure is the basis of machine precision. In order to ensure the long-term precision of the machinery, the Meehannite main structure castings are all made using SNK Five-faced machines, and using 3D measuring process to do precision testing.
- Large span inverted Y shaped column ensure high rigidity, light weight, anti-sagging spindle head.
- Z axis box way design offers super strong rigidity, stable high precision, and provides more powerful high quality cutting ability.
- The Gear head adopts a 2-stage transmission gear made of chrome-molybdenum alloy steel which is then heat treated and precision ground making it more suitable for low speed heavy duty cutting. (optional #40)
- The spindle adopts a floating tooling mechanism to ensure long term accuracy and life of the spindle bearings.
